When you sign in to NCLEX Audio, we collect your email address and name as provided by your Google account or entered directly. We store this information in Firebase, a Google Cloud service. We also record the date and method of your sign-in and your consent to receive communications from us.

We do not collect payment information. We do not sell your personal information to any third party.

How We Use Your Information

We use your email address to:

• Provide access to full quiz content on this site
• Send you new episode announcements and study tips
• Notify you of changes to pricing or features
• Respond to questions or support requests you send us

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send. Unsubscribing does not delete your account.
